What we collect and how we use it:
Unless you subscribe to our newsletter (making a purchase does NOT subscribe you to our newsletter), Elementalities will only use information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about your order. That's it. Simple!
When you purchase products from us, we collect your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card information. If you are having us send a gift to some other recipient, we'll need to collect the name and postal address of the recipient. In fulfilling your order, we share your personal information with outside parties to the extent necessary to fulfill your order. Since we make all of our products ourselves, this usually this means that your information will be available only to Elementalities, to the host of our website, and to the payment processing company.
When you send us an e-mail to questions@elementalities.com, we collect your name and e-mail address and use this to reply.
We may provide information upon governmental request, in response to a court order, when required by law to do so, to assist companies assisting in fraud protection or investigation, or to protect the rights, property and safety of Elementalities, our users, or others.
If you suscribe to an email newsletter:
We will only send newsletters to people who have officially subscribed to the newsletter. Purchasing one of our products does not automatically subscribe you to the newsletter. When you subscribe to our e-mail newsletters, we collect your e-mail address so that we can send you our e-mail newsletters. Our newsletter manager is www.ymlp.com--we selected this manager largely because of their stringent anti-spam policies. We will only provide your email address to a different third party under the terms described above. You can unsubscribe from one or more of our e-mail newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any electronic newsletter that you receive from us.
