Our homemade foot soaks are very similar to our bath salts, with a slightly different combination of epsom salts, sea salts, and essential oils. (Our foot soaks don't have any milk in them). This foot soak contains eucalyptus. Eucalyptus is one of the most powerful natural antiseptics, and is an antifungal. We recommend this foot soak for the prevention and treatment of athlete's foot.
Instructions: Just dissolve 4-6 teaspoons in 2 gallons of hot water and soak feet. |
